Apps

Stigma
Rediscover yourself with the world’s most popular personalized journal. Stigma is an app in which you can choose a mood, and write a short 140 character journal about why you are feeling that way. Each entry becomes part of a word cloud to show trends in your moods, and you are able to track what sorts of things are making you feel the way you do!

Calm
Calm can help you meditate, sleep, relax, focus and much more. The Calm app is a series of guided mindful meditations and body scans. You can select how long you would like to meditate for, and a corresponding recording will be played. Further, there is a mediation timer you can use if you'd like to meditate on your own, but don't want to get too lost in time!

Pacifica
Pacifica gives you holistic tools to address anxiety and stress based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, relaxation, and health. Pacifica lets to track hours of sleep, how much water, alcohol, and caffeine you consumed, and is a great way to monitor your self-care. Pacifica also has "experiments" you can do to challenge your anxiety, as well as exercises to manage physical anxiety.

Mindshift App
MindShift is an app designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety. It can help you change how you think about anxiety. Rather than trying to avoid anxiety, you can make an important shift and face it. MindShift will help you learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and identify active steps that will help you take charge of your anxiety.
